Financial Services Representative – Life Insurance & Investment Focus

Are you a highly motivated, sales-driven financial professional with a strong background in life insurance and financial planning? Scott Morris State Farm is seeking a Financial Services Representative who can confidently market financial products, provide investment guidance, and help clients secure their financial future.
This is a fully licensed position (Life & Health required, with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 preferred).
Role Description
As a Financial Services Representative, you will leverage your sales expertise and financial knowledge to consult with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to confidently educate clients on insurance and investment products, combined with your competitive drive, will help grow our agency while making a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with Clients – Provide comprehensive financial planning, including life insurance, retirement, and investment options.
  • Drive Sales Growth – Proactively market financial products and close new business opportunities.
  • Portfolio Guidance – Assist clients with asset allocation, portfolio management, and long-term financial strategies.
  • Compliance – Ensure all recommendations and transactions align with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • Sales-dominant mindset with a proven record in financial product sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, life insurance, or investment planning.
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills.
  • Life & Health license required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
