Life Specialist – Insurance & Financial Services Sales

Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with experience in life insurance and financial services? The Morris Agency is looking for a Life Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help individuals and families protect their financial futures through customized life insurance, retirement planning, and financial solutions—while building a strong book of business and maximizing your earning potential.

This is a fully licensed role (Life & Health required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred). If you are not fully licensed, we will support you in obtaining the necessary credentials.
Role Description
As a Life Specialist, you will actively market and sell life and financial service products, guide clients through key financial decisions, and deliver tailored recommendations aligned with their long-term goals. This role requires a strong sales presence, the ability to build trust quickly, and a commitment to driving results.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with Clients Present and explain life insurance, retirement strategies, and investment options tailored to individual client needs.
Drive Sales Growth Proactively prospect, market, and sell life, health, and financial service products to expand the agency’s client base and consistently meet or exceed production goals.
Client Support Assist clients through the application, underwriting, and policy servicing process while ensuring a high level of service and compliance with industry guidelines.
Stay Current Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, regulatory changes, and financial services best practices.
Qualifications
- A strong sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in life insurance or financial product sales
- 3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial planning, or investment services preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills
- Life & Health license required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with the ability to balance performance with client service
